Job Description

Come and join us! The Deal Specialist builds, validates and processes contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates, a set of contract options and in accordance with Oracle's policies and business approvals, in response to requests received from Sales. The Deal Specialist follows defined engagement guidelines to collaborate closely with other Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal, and other groups across Oracle to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.

The Deal Specialist works in a multi-cultural environment and covers multiple countries and/or lines of business. The work is fast-paced and seasonal in nature, corresponding with Oracle's quarterly and annual fiscal cycles.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience in contracts, purchasing, or equivalent.
• Native/advanced level of the Spanish language (oral & written)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail oriented, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Email, MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work effectively under time critical deadlines.
• Demonstrates resilience in times of change and uncertainty.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience drafting standard contractual documents.
• Ability to evaluate alternative courses of action

US: Hiring Range: from $26.44 to $54.13 per hour; from $55,000 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
