PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our client builds the technology platform for connecting audiences and ads, everywhere. They simplify ad transactions by focusing on innovation, customer delight, and value creation. This project is a scalable, enterprise traffic and program software solution that enables network broadcasters to manage multiple stations, markets and groups from a single system. It includes real-time, flexible reporting that delivers extraordinary visibility and control at all levels of our customers’ business. This is Industrial Strength Programming - performance critical application development with a 3-tier, high-availability, high-volume, distributed architecture.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

- Develop and test new features for the product based on internal and external requests;

- Improve current architecture and design to increase performance;

- Partner with product management, QA, and documentation to deliver high quality, complete software releases;

- Collaborate with other team members to maintain and improve the product to meet current customer and project needs;

- Gain and provide domain knowledge in some system segments.

IF YOU ARE

- 5+ years of experience in overall software development;

- 3+ years’ experience in Delphi. Knowledge of Embarcadero’s newer Delphi versions (i.e. XE7 and up) is a plus;

- SQL experience is required. MS SQL Server experience is a plus;

- Working knowledge of object-oriented design and object-oriented analysis;

- Good algorithmic skills and experience applying design patterns to both new and existing code;

- Experience working with clients in design, development, testing and integration;

- Willingness to thoroughly unit test and debug complex code that you, or others, may write;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Ability to creatively think and problem solve;

- Ability to succeed in a self-directed position and has a pro-active, take initiative demeanor;

- Advertising media industry exposure is a plus.
