Summary

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be a key leader in driving marketing excellence and innovation within our leading FinTech company. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will oversee Demand Generation operations and drive initiatives to support business growth. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our marketing function, contributing to our mission of transforming the financial industry.

Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing & Demand Generation, you will be an innovative and creative problem solver with a head for demand generation and content who can effectively execute in a fast-past, dynamic, and demanding start-up environment. The Demand Generation Manager must have proven skills identifying opportunities and delivering results in lead generation, content marketing, and partner marketing. They must also be adept in both digital and traditional marketing and be highly skilled in verbal and visual communications. The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company and energetically embraces the challenges of the B2B SaaS marketplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations leadership roles within the FinTech industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving marketing excellence and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a demand generation strategy and execution plan.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns that incorporate inbound and outbound, account-based, and paid media strategies across all channels and mediums.
  • Participating in scheduled weekly and monthly conferences and events.
  • Stay on top of market trends and developments to drive topics for content strategies - webinars, whitepapers, blog posts, etc.
  • Execute all digital marketing activities across all channels including Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Twitter), Display (Google, native), Print, etc.
  • Report on ROI and effectiveness of each activity.
  • Manage internal and external resources to deliver marketing objectives.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the marketing department.
  • Working across cross-functional teams.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Implementing processes and systems.
  • Managing relationships with external partners.
  • Providing strategic guidance to senior management.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Compensation: $ 90,000 - $105,000 + equity.
