About the role
The Demand Management Specialist - ISBN Marketing & Solutions is responsible for influencing our digital sales and marketing strategy to support SAP's growth ambition in alignment with our ISBN Winning Plan. The role will work closely with key stakeholders in Marketing & Solutions (Global Demand Center, Solution Marketing, Regional Marketing) & Customer Success (Digital Sales Hubs, Regional ISBN and Midmarket teams).
The role will provide input into the marketing and content strategies for the ISBN sub-solution areas of Procurement, Travel & Expense, External Workforce and SAP Business Network, in partnership with the respective market strategy teams.
The role will collaborate with a team of M&S strategists to facilitate the execution of the digital sales and marketing strategy. This team will also work horizontally, and in close concert, with existing ISBN M&S teams (i.e. Solution Management, Solution Marketing, ISBN Commercialization, ISBN Community, etc.), in developing and executing demand management best practices for customers across all phases of the solution lifecyle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Point of Contact (POC) for the Customer Success Demand Management organization, consulting on intent of the ISBN Winning plan and expected outcomes of regional integrated sales and marketing program execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to ISBN Office of COO, providing direct insight into the priorities of the Office of the CMSO and offering advocacy and escalation of regional market needs and priorities.
- Help develop content strategy for digital outreach related to business development support, sales execution support and digital skills enablement to enable a seamless end-to-end customer buying experience through digital content creation at scale
- Partner with the Marketing & Customer Success teams to aggregate all of the marketing activities in a consumable and scalable way; align and prioritize regional differences and gaps to the Winning Plan
- Serve as the Voice of the Digital GTM teams into the ISBN Marketing & Solutions team to drive continuous assessment and creation of digital content
- Work collaboratively across a global, matrixed organization to build alignment on strategic direction and required investment and to ensure successful execution of the growth plan.
- Provide Data & Analysis to influence demand management and pipeline strategies
- Lead with a market-driven mindset and outside perspective to define our digital sales strategy, marketing & solutions strategy and plans
- Possess very strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
- Bring passion and understanding of ISBN growth strategy and ambitions.
Experience
- 1-3 years Cloud software experience
- 1-3 years digital sales and/or analytics experience
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 44,000- 93,100 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
