What you'll do:

  • Planning, creating, and managing the execution of the marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and generate demand for the target audience.
  • Building comprehensive omnichannel campaigns that integrate multiple touchpoints.
  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Overseeing daily account activities, including campaign optimization, budget management, and implementation of testing strategies to enhance performance.
  • Conducting extensive keyword research and analyzing marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Tracking, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns.
  • Partnering closely with the content and design teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
  • Continuously monitoring and refining digital advertising strategies based on analytical insights and evolving market trends.
  • Generating innovative campaign ideas and executing them effectively to meet and exceed marketing objectives.
  • Overseeing and managing marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot) and other marketing technologies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Implementing best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Leading marketing automation efforts, including campaign setup, lead scoring, nurturing, and personalization to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Ensuring the alignment of technology, data, and processes to support and enhance campaign goals.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in commercial processes (e.g., RevOps).

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

  • 4+ years of specialized experience in B2B marketing.
  • Extensive experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Skilled in revenue and marketing operations, technology, and data management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Highly skilled in generating detailed reports using visualization tools like Looker for comprehensive data analysis.
  • Proficient in developing optimized landing pages, managing all facets from copywriting and design to A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Expertise in resource management, project leadership, skill acquisition, and budget optimization for outsourcing when necessary.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities, ensuring seamless project execution and effective team coordination.
  • Experienced in conceptualizing and executing lead generation campaigns, optimizing channels, assets, and formats, and collaborating with designers, content creators, and web developers.
  • In-depth knowledge of demand generation beyond PPC and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
