Oversee the End User Device ecosystem, ensuring seamless hardware and software deployment, integrating diverse on-premise and cloud applications, and maintaining efficient patch cycles to keep everything running smoothly

Maintains broad understanding of various types of hardware and software, including Mobile, Desktop, and Networking environments and Operating Systems.

Manages all standards for device imaging/deployment for both Desktop and Mobile computing.

Manages all aspects of hardware/software asset management systems, including patch deployment and software deployment catalogs.

Administers user-facing cloud applications.

Evaluates and recommends modifications to processes for improvements; participates effectively in team assignments.

Uses standard team/department methods and processes to complete work.

Works with IT vendors as needed.

Interacts in a cross-team capacity to meet customer and organizational needs.

Provides 24-hour on-call support, including evenings and weekends as per schedule.

Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
-
2+ years’ experience in an IT Support or Device Management role
-
Experience with Intune, JAMF, and other Configuration/Asset Management systems preferred.

Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
-
Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
