Digital Advertising Specialist

Our team is expanding and we're looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist (or willing to become one). You'll be strategising and executing our clients' digital marketing campaigns to grow their business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies across key platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Adform, Bing, LinkedIn, and more.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor key metrics, create detailed reports, and communicate results clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, explore new platforms and technologies, and champion best practices.
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team of experts to deliver exceptional results for our diverse client base.

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, either in-house or agency-side. Experience with multiple platforms is preferred.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, attribution models, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
• A passion for achieving tangible business outcomes and a relentless focus on performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, with the ability to effectively present complex data and strategies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to effectively front-face clients for consultancy, strategic discussions, and strategy deliveries, representing Evolvery with professionalism, confidence, and expertise.
• Desire to keep up with the latest Digital Advertising developments and trends.

Gross salary starting at 3000 EUR/month (full-time, other work & contract options possible). Depending on experience and qualifications.
