Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days home weekly
Job Summary
PatientPoint is looking for a forward-thinking, hard-working, innovative full-time Digital Designer to join our Cincinnati, Ohio-based Creative team. As a Digital Designer, you’ll work as a member of the interactive touchscreen content team to assist with design creation from concept to execution to delivery. You’ll be responsible for working closely with the Art Director to create engaging designs for new content initiatives while maintaining updates to existing content. You may also be asked to contribute feedback and/or concepts to other teams within the Creative department, as time allows. You must be comfortable working as part of a collaborative, dynamic, diverse, and dedicated multi-location creative team.Â
What You’ll Do
- Design Content. You’ll create graphics for the touchscreen program across 13+ physician specialties. This includes concept exploration, execution, and delivery. You may also be asked to create mock-ups to share with internal teams for product, marketing, and sales. As the Digital Designer, you’ll be responsible for transforming health information for patients into compelling visuals. You’ll need out-of-the box thinking, but also be comfortable creating and working with templates. You will have the ability to identify compelling stock photography, illustrate icons and have a strong eye for layout and typography that aligns with content and brand positioning.
- Collaborate and Present. You’ll brainstorm and explore new design ideas with the team to help craft new, innovative ways to increase engagement. The Digital Designer will also participate in design reviews by presenting concepts or providing feedback to other designers.
- Project Manage. You’ll be responsible for reaching project deadlines and tracking your projects from concept to completion through the company’s project management software.
What We Need
- College degree in graphic design or relevant field.
- 2-5 years of digital design experience.
- Strong design skills, including strength in layout and typography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong skills in XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign required.
- Effective communication skills, collaborative mind-set, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Eye for detail and visual consistency.
- Ability to learn our brand identity and know how to incorporate it into design. Understand product design systems and apply elements as needed.
- Work samples or a link to your portfolio.
Desired QualificationsÂ
- Experience in animation a plus.
- Experience in interactive kiosk design a plus.
- Print design and Figma knowledge a plus.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management software.
