Matchpoint is a boutique digital agency that builds brands primarily in the luxury and fashion space. With a focus in e-commece and immersive digital experiences, we are a tightknit team that has designed and branded some of the most aspirational brands in the luxury space including Alice and Olivia, The Laundress, Opening Ceremony, Public School, Equipment, Isla Beauty, L'Oreal, Martha Stewart, etc. We believe that bringing together a team of creative, curious, out-of-the-box thinkers helps us create brand experiences that can change the digital world as we know it .

We're looking for a passionate Design Director with experience creating breakthrough and beautiful digital experiences for clients across categories. You will be the creative voice of our company, and collaborate across disciplines to bring a vision and aesthetic to our digital launches for emerging and established brands. Your creativity and forward thinking nature will bring our Clients' brands to life, and create revolutionary digital experiences for our brands.

Requirements

Who You Are

• You have 4+ years of digital design experience working at a creative agency, or similar environment.
• You have a top notch design aesthetic and a strong grasp on user experience and digital strategy. Our team will rely on your expertise to lead our creative vision and your experience as a creative leader will help bring each project to life, pushing the boundaries of what has been done in the digital space to date.
• You are likable and humble in your Client relationships - you can build trust and guide clients through our creative process, while presenting the work to the Clients in a clear and inspiring manner.
• You have a discerning eye for UX best practices and design principles, have experience with prototyping tools. You'll use your knowledge in UI/UX to create beautiful digital experiences that bring the brand's unique voice to life.
• You have an impressive portfolio showcasing your UI/visual design capabilities. A strong grasp of front-end development trends is a bonus.
• You want to partner with all aspects of the business to build a well rounded and dynamic creative experience; working with strategists, content creators, copywriters. You are a team player and can easily work well and collaborate with the leaders in our Digital practice.
• You believe that collaboration and teamwork creates the best work.
