Founded by a team that has spent the last decade in machine learning our mission is to help DTC brands turbocharge their growth by delivering bespoke Fortune 500-grade ML predictions. It works out of the box delivered as a service and costs less than one data scientist. Integration: one click.
12 months ago we had one DTC brand using our predictions. Now we have over 150 â including SAKARA Burrow Kinder Beauty and Native. There are 50000 more who havenât heard of us yet.
Black Crow AI recently concluded a $25 million Series A led by top investors in the DTC and B2B SaaS sectors and is well funded for multiple years

Where you come in:
We are seeking a full-time team member to join our Performance Strategy team. This individual will support cross-functional teams by setting up Black Crow technology to best practice generate reporting updates on performance and recognize performance trends to make optimization suggestions.
What you'll do:

Utilizing Black Crow and platform best practices implement Black Crowâs technology on Klaviyo Attentive and other channel integrations

Support the Black Crow Customer Success and Sales teams by providing standardized reporting updates on how Black Crow is performing on an as-needed basis the revenue being driven and the email/sms list growth generated

Logging of client performance for internal dashboards and reporting

Provide solutions to common troubleshooting items involving Black Crow and platform specific items

Recognize trends when reviewing platform specific reports and provide recommendations
About you:

Degree in Marketing or a related field
-
At least 1 year of experience at a Saas company DTC ecommerce brand or Digital Marketing Agency strongly preferred

Understanding of basic AND/OR conditional logic

Comfortable working with a ticketing system and the ability to prioritize tasks

Understanding of key performance indicators across common digital marketing channels and how these relate to account health

Understanding of the digital marketing funnel and common tactics from acquisition through retention

Experience with Google Sheets Excel or Looker a plus

Experience with owned marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive a plus
-
High attention to detail is a must
-
Critical thinking ability to recognize connections between different settings/tactics with the ability to succinctly explain these to stakeholders

Must be able to work EST hours
