All about the role:

In this roleyou will be reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer Journey for ElectroluxMajor Appliances NA. You will be based in Charlotte, NC. In this role,you will be responsible for management of digital marketing planning andexecution, focused on specific branded product categories. This role is akey driver of the overall consumer experience within digital channels and is ahighly collaborative member of the Digital Marketing team and a key driver andadvocate of Agile methodology. The Digital Marketing Product Owner willwork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and input, ensure timelyexecution with internal and external partners and steward the consumerexperience across paid media, website and email, with a primary focus ondriving D2C eCommerce.

What you'll do:

  • Solicit requirements from cross-functional stakeholders while contributing data-backed and best practice recommendations for project intake
  • Prioritize and plan the requirements according to the product inputs such as launches, promotions, inventory, etc. to develop a defined roadmap for digital marketing touchpoints.
  • Work with SME's across UX/UI, Martech, Paid Media and Email to determine best approach for strategy and execution of digital touchpoints
  • Serve as main contact for the day-to-day operation for stakeholders, ensuring timely and ongoing communication of workstream progress
  • Serve as single point of contact for consolidation of feedback and direction to internal and external execution partners.
  • Actively manage backlog items ensuring clarity of business needs.
  • Develop roadmap of feature updates aligning to stakeholder input, facilitating prioritization and technical feasibility assessment
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies ensuring that business needs are clear and will be delivered as planned (e.g. sprint planning, backlog refinements, sprint demos, reviews, retrospectives, or any other requirement meeting)
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners/Stakeholders to ensure that priorities are correctly established and aligned.
  • Create and maintain digital roadmap for product categories and solicit feedback from stakeholders across organization (Product, Brand, etc.)
  • Successfully balance disparate needs of stakeholders to ensure best consumer experience, brokering necessary conversations to drive alignment
  • Be a positive influence to the overall organization and team, leading with empathy and kindness

Qualifications Required:

  • 3-5years experience in project management. Bachelor's Degree required
  • Must possess a passion for and proven experience of executing with excellence
  • Experience with owning, organizing, and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Experience with breaking down deliverables into epics and stories and planning releases
  • Excellent skills in creating documentation, collecting and analyzing business requirements
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work with large teams, across multiple teams
  • Flexibility to operate in various roles within a cross-functional team
