Digital Media Campaign Manager, Advertising - Walmart Connect

Our Digital Media Campaign Managers grow relationships with our teams through exceptional client service and being a trusted advisor to national brand clients. You would independently produce strategic insights for their portfolio campaigns, manage client specific requirements, provide optimization strategy expertise, and client communication best-practice guidance.
Locations: Hoboken, NJ
This team works a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days in office, not full time remote.
Our Ideal candidate: 2-3 years professional Digital Media Campaign Management experience similar to:
Experience in a Team Collaboration environment, i.e., Sales and Campaign Management.
Campaign Management titles, similar to: Digital Media Campaign Manager, Media Planning, Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, Paid Media, Digital Campaign, Digital Media, Digital Media Strategist, Account Strategist, Digital Specialist, Marketing Specialist, and others along these lines.
Campaign Manager experience: experience building custom audience segments, experience using data sets to develop media plan recommendations, Trafficking, experience with ad management/ order system tools, Reporting & Billing, Optimizations based on KPIs.
Digital Media experience: Display - O&O or Network, Mobile - Web & App, Social, Search, Programmatic
Experience with the digital advertising industry: Publishers/Media Companies, AdTech Companies, Social Media Companies, Media Agencies.
You Will Make an Impact By:
  • Create, plan, execute, manage, and optimizing end-to-end campaign plans, partnering with account management, sales, and advanced analytics to define metrics, measure performance, and seek methods to improve results.
  • Understand upper funnel [brand messaging, calls to action] and lower funnel [direct response, conversion] campaign tactics.
  • Work with trafficking teams and ensure accurate tracking for campaigns.
  • Perform online trafficking and campaign management experience and bid management platforms.
  • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to our best practices through the full digital campaign life cycle from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.
  • Provide monthly audit reports to partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.
  • Explain complex concepts fluidly and across different levels of expertise.
  • Utilizing strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts fluidly and cross functionally.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Four-year college degree.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, campaign media planning or digital media operations across, search and display.
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks and navigate through issues.
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions.
  • Analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and project management skills.
  • Excitement for a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience using project management tools and ad servers.
  • Flexibility to provide after-hours support on a rotational basis.
