What you'll do:

1. 根据业务需求, 规划设计指标体系, 推动数据的自动采集, 清洗及处理, 开发相关报表并对具体指标进行监控和检测
2. 搭建基于用户属性的用户画像并持续改善, 为精细化运营以及高层决策分析提供依据
3. 通过具体的数据分析和建模分析, 结合业务, 找到业务痛点及改进方向, 发掘商业机会, 规避风险, 对公司战略层提出合理化建议

Qualifications:

1. 本科及以上学历, 英语读写熟练；
2. 3年以上数据分析及建模经验, 熟悉数据挖掘理论, 掌握数据分析方法；
3. 精通Excel, 掌握Python, R等任意一种数据分析工具, SQL熟练, 熟练掌握Powerbi, FineBi等任意BI工具；
4. 有海量数据分析处理经验及相关大数据, 数仓架构经验, 有Microsoft Dataverse平台开发经验优先；
5. 工作细致, 责任心强, 有较强的逻辑能力和分析学习能力, 高度的责任心和团队协作精神；
6. 有外企工作经验, 关键电源, 储能, 工控类行业经验优先。
