Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Technical Specialist aligned to Data & AI brands, you'll be a collaborative technical expert and trusted advisor working with and across your clients, IBM's broader sales teams, and Business Partners. You'll understand clients' business and technical requirements within the current competitive landscape and, combining this with your knowledge of IBM's product suite, you'll present value-driving solutions that compel clients to invest in us.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data and AI Expertise: Assume the role of a data and AI expert within your team, taking technical ownership.
- Early Sales Cycle Support: Provide technical support during the early sales cycle, including activities such as demos, proofs of concept, and workshops.
- Collaboration with IBM Sales Teams: Collaborate with IBM sales teams by leveraging various tools to manage territories and identify opportunities.
- Product Value Highlight: Emphasize the value of your brand's products in comparison to competitors.
- Personal Brand Building: Establish and maintain a strong personal brand on digital platforms, fostering trust, expertise, and credibility.
- Must be able to work on-site 3 days/week

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Effective Communication and Relationship-Building: Successful communication and relationship-building in enterprise and SMB environments.
- Pre-sales Expertise: Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or consulting, working with client subject matter experts to scope and demo solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills and a passion for Data & AI technologies.
- Sales Success: Track record of success in Technology Sales.
- Ability to be on-site for 3 Days/Week
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Data & AI Market Knowledge: In order to become a trusted advisor quickly (training on IBM's Data & AI offerings will be provided).
