Responsibilities
- Generate new business against a revenue quota, focusing on both new and existing clients in your territory, a key metric of your success
- Develop strong knowledge of your sales territory and build a proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM
- Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business and serve as a trusted advisor that brings technology-enabled solutions
- Monitor current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects client's business and initiatives

- 10 years of experience in a business role, with a background in consulting or engineering
- Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business using consultative and collaborative multidiscipline team approach
- Proven history of developing long-term client relationships at all levels of client organizations including C Suite
- Experience with proactive selling, RFP, and RFI response orchestration
- Familiar with technology, business models, and trends across a wide spectrum of technical solution offerings for enterprises
