Broadridge is hiring an experienced Director, Change Management and Testing Lead for the Controllership's Digital Transformation program. In this position, you will report to the VP, Digital Transformation Leader. You will play a pivotal role in driving and overseeing the change management aspects of Broadridge's Enterprise Resource Planning implementation.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is adequately prepared to adapt to the changes brought about by the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning system, while minimizing resistance and disruptions. The ideal candidate should have experience with full-lifecycle ERP implementations.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to the Newark Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote two days a week.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing a Change Management strategy and identify impacts and risks to the business.
    • Identify and understand the impact and risks associated with changes to the general ledger, chart of accounts, receivables / payables systems, key system interfaces, etc. to stakeholders within accounting and cross functionally
    • Develop a plan to mitigate risks and raise / address concerns identified
    • Implement and drive best practices with respect to change management
  • Lead communications related to changes across the organization
    • Develop a communication plan that identifies who needs to be notified of what changes and when, ensuring that clear and consistent messages are communicated to all stakeholders
    • Determine the optimal means for communication
  • Manage the SIT/UAT testing across the accounting organization, including monitoring results, identifying issues and determining solutions for issues identified. Develop templates for test scripts to be used throughout the accounting group and review completed test scripts.
  • Assess the readiness of each functional area to go-live with changes, in light of SIT /UAT results
  • Facilitating training documentation and distribution
  • Work with SOX PMO to design, implement, and test change management controls, both during implementation and for future state, including but not limited to general ledger content management, interfaces, etc.
  • Coordinate with the project management team to communicate progress, risks, and issues pertaining to the Change Management workstream.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience (~10 years) in a leadership role focused on data transformation, preferably in a Controllership function
  • Change Management experience with an ERP implementation (preferably Oracle Cloud)
  • Understanding of change management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of SOX compliance requirements
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
