Join a team of highly engaged professionals who arepart of the Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) organization at Electrolux tosubstantially grow our Direct to Consumer business by creating outstandingconsumer experiences that makes engaging directly with our brands the preferredchoice.

The Consumer Direct Interaction organization isresponsible to offer meaningful interactions creating value to our consumersthrough all the channels and touchpoints. We organize ourselves with across-functional mindset, around the consumer, which includes the functions D2Cecommerce, D2C Supply Chain, Contact Center, Service, Ownership Solutions andMarketing.

As the Director of Consumer Solutions, you will beresponsible for ensuring that the company's Consumer Solutions stack delivers abest in class, regional experience that consistently delivers to theever-changing needs of our consumers. This role essentially translates the Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI)vision and digital needs to technology solutions that effectively deliver andenable new value pools.

You will be a key member of both Consumer Solutionsglobal leadership team as well as North America's Consumer Direct Interaction(CDI) leadership team.

What you'll do:

TheHead of Consumer Solutions will demonstrate competencies across four keydimensions:

Translates Business Strategy into a Digital Roadmap

  • Understands local business drivers (current and future state), ensuring group standards and architecture are leveraged and implemented in the region.
  • Own and drive the local IT & digital portfolio for CDI and manage the teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide input on regional needs and support continuous evolution of standards and ways of working from the group.
  • Monitors the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements.

Plan and Manage the IT Portfolio

  • Accountable for defining the regional digital roadmap base on overall CDI priorities in the region and Group IT Architecture, ensuring the successful implementation of this roadmap.
  • Coordinate/drive cross functional projects in BA, regional budget, resource & support need

Manage local platforms and regional needs.

  • Manage and support local platforms and systems.
  • Leads local requirement gathering for the implementation of tech solutions based on enterprise business strategy, local
  • business requirements and group enterprise standards.
  • Presents gap analyses and IT investment roadmaps that reflect the status of the existing local IT state, as well presenting and defending regional needs/priorities on global boards and councils.
  • Facilitates and Collaborates to Deliver Business Outcomes
  • Collaborates closely with the Group IT, local IT and local business teams to ensure the execution of plans corresponds with what is being promised throughout the project or product lifecycle.
  • Together with CDI Leadership Team helps to develop digital transformation culture, supporting the efforts to enable existing business models by integrating enterprise technologies.

Qualifications required:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT and business/industry.
  • Bachelors degree in IT or related field
  • Experience in IT solution development disciplines, including direct to consumer solutions (apps, web and platforms), consumer and service platforms and call center technologies.
  • Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics.
  • Preferably, knowledge on SAP C/4 Hana platform, more specifically SAP Service Cloud, Consumer Services platforms (Genesys / ComAround / IFS) and Customer Data Cloud.
  • Experience from driving digital change across global matrix organization, especially in consumer facing context.
