A Digital Enterprise Advisory Director is responsible for driving rapid growth within the Avanade Advisory business. This includes areas such as digital-enabled business strategy, digital experience, and modern approaches to client strategy and requirements

What you'll do

• Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice to clients on digital transformation initiatives, including but not limited to digital strategy development, technology adoption, and business process optimization.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and providing tailored digital solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the advisory team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the digital advisory practice.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of digital trends and technologies, and contribute to thought leadership in the field of digital transformation.

Skills and experiences

• You have a distinctive track record of both selling and delivering bespoke advisory services within a large scale, complex, and relationship-driven environment.
• Possess a high degree of fluency with Microsoft, having sold and delivered custom-tailored consulting solutions tied to this platform.
• Must be able to leverage Avanade's typically technology-oriented business development team to collaborate on origination (a 'do it yourself' approach to selling will not work).
• The successful candidate will be adept at both selling projects to existing clients as well as building new client relationships. They must bring the ability to frame client business objectives in the office of the CIO/CTO/CFO for mid-market enterprises and be able to develop an approach/roadmap to address these through Avanade's Advisory Services.
• Depth of knowledge in 1-3+ industries such as Financial Services, CPG, and Healthcare.

• You are an accomplished leader with experience in an outcome-oriented, entrepreneurial environment. You have demonstrated the ability to develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth in the region and have management consulting experience.
• You are able to set a compelling direction for the business and innovative strategies to address customer needs.
• You have a strong business acumen, possess an extensive and distinctive track record of delivering growth, and be able to lead teams effectively.

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

New York Metro Area: $223,500-$263,000

Other NY State Locations: $188,700-$222,000
