- Own product roadmaps, communicate and manage deadlines, and contribute to the vision of the larger product ecosystemÂ
- Drive strategic product conversations with our venue partners from on-the-ground teams to the executive stakeholdersÂ
- Partner with ticket marketplace companies and enable a seamless online-to-offline experienceÂ
- Lead agile product development using data, feedback from the field, interviews with users and experts, competitive analysis, and qualitative and quantitative researchÂ
- Design clear requirements and success metrics to align and drive team work effortsÂ
- Identify, track, and solve for issues, bugs, and obstacles impacting our successÂ
- Understand and decompose complex problems into manageable componentsÂ
- Build strong relationships with engineers, operations, customers, and executives to lead development efforts, gather feedback, drive adoption, and measure our successÂ
Â
Requirements and QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree or related experienceÂ
- 10+ years of product management and business leadership Â
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills including experience collaborating with high-profile executive leadersÂ
- Track record of driving zero-to-one product strategy and implementation in new verticals with measurable business impact, ideally in both physical and digital ecosystemsÂ
- Experience leading, managing, and mentoring product managersÂ
- Significant experience using analytics to drive product and business success. Knowledge of machine learning and AI techniques is a plus.Â
- Strong working knowledge of modern web technologies, distributed computing, and system designÂ
- Strong user empathy and a knack for brilliant user-centric designÂ
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in open-ended environmentsÂ
- Positive, open, and team-oriented approach to workÂ
- High attention to detailÂ
- Ability to identify, assess, and prioritize trade-offsÂ
- Willingness to travelÂ
Â
When you join Metropolis, you’ll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. Our goal is to build an inclusive culture where everyone has a voice and the best idea wins. You will play a key role in building and maintaining this culture as our organization grows. The anticipated base salary for this position is $180,000.00 to 220,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.
