Job Description
FIGS is seeking a Director, TEAMS Sales to lead outbound sales strategy and execution. This role is responsible for building out our new outbound sales program from strategy to execution, all while hitting individual contributor metrics like closing new revenue. Additional responsibilities include designing strategy, testing methodologies, selecting sales tools, and largely contributing to achieving our goals. The ideal candidate will excel in a player-coach environment, testing sales motions personally before hiring, training, and coaching future account executives. They will sell, onboard, and grow the TEAMS customer base, acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle. This role is remote with quarterly travel to our office in Santa Monica, California, and expected monthly visits to sales prospects.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive outbound sales strategies to outfit large, enterprise healthcare organizations in FIGS apparel, while generating leads, acquiring new customers, and increasing sales revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives, setting clear performance targets and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Build testing methodology for sales scripting, outreach cadence and sequence strategy, and product offering recommendations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
- Develop and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the leadership team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product/service enhancements and improvements.
- Manage cross-functional communications on custom orders
- Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track progress, analyze data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Serve as an advocate for the TEAMS program and FIGSÂ
About you:
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales roles with 10+ years of sales experience in healthcare, apparel, SaaS, or physical product verticalÂ
- Experience successfully closing million-dollar-plus salesÂ
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM and lead management systems - ideally HubspotÂ
- Expert in sales tools including lead generation, lead augmentation, and marketing automation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team in the future.
FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's starting base salary range is between $140,000 - $150,000 plus a competitive commission structure. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.Â
