Director, Partner Integrations and Solutions

Job Description

The Director, Partner Integrations and Solutions will be responsible for a variety of business critical activities.This includes defining our integrations strategy (paths to acquire data), overseeing day-to-day team operations (how the team executes the work and partners with other teams), communicating the team’s story and outcomes across the organization (key metrics, themes, challenges), and continuously seeking opportunities to provide maximum value to the business through our interface investments (impact on products and services). 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to scale the operation to meet growth projections 
• Evaluate existing vendor integration strategies and identify potential alternatives as needed in order to enable delivery for a high volume of practices quickly and efficiently 
• Explore potential new vendor integration strategies 
• Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions, remove roadblocks, promote standardization, and deliver on high-impact projects that align with the business objectives and improve program effectiveness 
• Provide critical leadership to ensure the overall quality of project planning and execution, while minimizing and mitigating project risks 
• Maintaining continuous alignment with strategic business objectives. 
• Coach team members to ensure process adherence and effective project management by utilizing best practice project management skills 
• Presenting regular updates on program health and future opportunities to leadership 
• Collaborate with VP/SVP to modify program and prioritization to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent 
• Travel up to 25%

Skills & Experience 

• 8+ years of experience leading a large portfolio of integrations projects 
• 5+ leading direct reports at a Director level 
• Strong knowledge of FHIR and interoperability standards and methodologies 
• Strong knowledge of APIs, HL7, SFTP, VPN, and related communication protocols 
• Extensive experience leading EHR and HIE integrations projects through the full lifecycle 
• Proven track record of building and managing strong teams 
• Demonstrated ability to meet financial and operational targets
• Experience in vendor management 

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field or related

The salary range for this position is $110,840 - $187,450. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
