Job Description:

Fidelity Labs is looking for a Product Manager to join an exciting new fintech. As a key member of a small and growing Product team, the Product Manager will deliver core user experiences for the new business. The Product Manager will drive the research, analysis, and execution of customer experiences in partnership with Design and Engineering. The ideal candidate is passionate about building products that customers love.

• Outstanding product management skills. You have a demonstrated ability to deliver software products with complex stakeholders.
• Passion for product discovery. You obsess over problems and enjoy testing and learning from creative solutions.
• Critical thinking skills with initiative. You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy designing a plan of action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication. You can influence and negotiate with peers and higher levels of management.
• Experience with fintech or other highly regulated industry required.
