Responsibilities

• Owns the vision & strategy for the CleverTap platform and prioritizes the high-level product backlog for it
• Leads the platform product direction across the company and carries the product brand
• Anticipates future company needs and creates a compelling product vision to realize them
• Partner with engineering in goal-setting and goal-achievement for platform team
• Trusted expert for all stakeholders on all aspects of the CleverTap platform
• Leads complex strategic initiatives to solve long-term platform problems around topics like stability, speed, scale, and security
• Collaborates with other product leaders to build innovative features
• Mentors junior members of the team. Is a role model to them 
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to ensure the organization is solving the right problems for customers
• Tell stories and communicate clearly what is planned or shipped
• Bring customer empathy and implement a customer-oriented mindset 

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in software product management, and 12+ years experience in the software industry (product, engineering, project management, etc.)
• Experience with leading Product Management for large and complex software products. Preferably SaaS, ideally in MarTech industry
• Experience working with software engineering teams from concept to launch
• Passionate about serving customer needs as well as creating a long-term impact
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong technical aptitude
• Computer Science or Business Administration degrees preferred
