Director, Product Operations

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity through streamlined product processes, operations & and cross functional collaboration
• Manage and develop a team of 3 project/program managers
• Establish and maintain a robust product development framework incorporating best practices for project management, resource allocation, prioritization and risk mitigation
• Combine data across multiple product lines and from other department initiatives to create broader insights that feed into product strategy and roadmap
• Manage the development and evolution of product OKRs/KPIs including monitoring & reporting.
• Drive continuous improvements to optimize efficiency, productivity and quality in product development and delivery
• Ensure roadmaps and release plans are aligned to engineering level resourcing and task plans
• Communicate roadmap updates and progress against key deliverables to internal stakeholders in a clear, accurate and timely way
• Provide clarity in ambiguous situations to ensure stakeholders are aware of risks and opportunities
• Partner with revenue operations & own ROI reporting for product lines & initiatives
• Research and maintain new tools to enhance the product team's productivity

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of industry experience in product operations or similar roles (program management, project management, etc
• At least 3 years of direct management experience
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS product in a Product-led growth strategy environment
• Demonstrated experience in driving product operations strategies, managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex products on time and within budget.
• Strong operator, problem-solver and influencer at heart
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting products with both PLG and enterprise GTM motions at scale
• Experience with matrix-style or IT project style tracking, tools and process
• Project Management certification. E.g. PMP, CSM, CPSO, CSD, SAFe certification
• Start-up or scale-up experience required

Annual base salary range for this role performed in New York is $140,000-$180,000. Total compensation will also include equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401k).
