Disclosure Desk Associate - Remote

We are hiring a Disclosure Desk Associate to work remotely for our team.

Job purpose:

Perform a comprehensive review in the preparation of initial and revised residential mortgage disclosures in accordance with Bay Equity policy, state and federal regulations, and mandated delivery timelines.

Duties and responsibilities:

Complete initial and revised disclosures assigned by Disclosure Desk Manager or Disclosure Desk Supervisor within the specified timeline.

Escalate specific loans for 2nd review to Supervisor or Manager when directed.

Perform each disclosure review by following the specific Bay Equity workflows and job aids.

When assigned a loan identified as Fast Track - ensure the 2 hours delivery timeline is met.

Escalate disclosure questions to a Team Lead for clarification and assistance.

If loan reassignment is needed, request at least two hours before the end of associates assigned hours.

Ensure disclosure delivery requirements are met for US Mail and electronic delivery of initial and redisclosures.

Additional duties as assigned by management and supervisors.

Personal Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Team Leads, Supervisors, Managers and Sales.

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on a daily basis.

Some knowledge of residential mortgage lending preferred.

Working conditions:

Position is for remote from home. Overtime as needed and approved by management.

Physical requirements:

This is a sedentary position and does not require prolonged standing or heavy lifting.
