The FLSmidth People Service & Technology is formed to support all the HR processes and services to our employees globally. As Compensation Functional Lead, we will count on you to implement the strategic objective of the organization related to the Total Rewards area. You will engage, connect and closely collaborate with Rewards Centre of Excellence and other people function colleagues to design and deliver all compensation processes & automations. This is an opportunity to develop impactful employee experience through continuous process improvement & automation.

You will be part of the Sub-Saharan Africa PCV Team who are dedicated to implementing sustainable solutions for our customers. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in a multinational organization and in an environment involving different cultures and different challenges.
Purpose of the Role
To ensure that the PCV document control activities are efficiently executed and controlled. Ensuring accurate information is distributed to internal and external stakeholders, on time.
Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
• Controlling company and project documentation.
• Following and improving document control procedures in FLSmidth.
• Ensuring documentation meets formal requirements and standards.
• Sorting, retrieving and archiving electronic and hard copy documents.
• Producing document progress reports for stakeholders.
• Conducting regular reviews and documentation audits.
• Using skills and systems to organize and distribute documents to internal and external stakeholders.
• Attending project meetings to facilitate planning and understanding of requirements.
• Managing customer VDRL requirements, with clear communication of the plan and progress on documentation to completion of the project.
What you bring
• At least 3 years of relevant experience or experience in a similar role.
• Matric, or a relevant business-related qualification.
• Preferably knowledge of the FLSmidth products.
• Computer experience using standard MS Office suite of programs is required.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in order to work with customers, and other personnel daily.
• Ability to work in a team or individually on multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Good organization, multitasking and time management skills.
