Job Description

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, implement, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and define both functional and non-functional specifications.
• Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring optimal use of both out-of-the-box components and custom developments.
• Design and integrate Azure-based solutions to enhance Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Work within agile teams to implement and optimize Dynamics 365 applications, including Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and presentations to demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
• Build and configure Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Dynamics 365 applications.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex business challenges.
• Expertise in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Experience in Azure development, including Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations.
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Proficiency in working with agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps).
• Ability to define requirements, document designs, and present solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Business fluency in English (mandatory for speaking and writing).

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-600, MB-500, PL-400).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation and chatbot integration in Dynamics 365.
