E-Commerce Data Analyst

What will you do?

You will be a vital part of our dynamic Marketing Department, optimizing the entire eCommerce flow, from initial website exploration to membership sign-ups and app engagement. Your responsibilities will include designing event tracking, ensuring precise data collection, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including eCommerce, app development, UX/UI, and other analysts.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs across the mobile app and website.
• Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests to optimize user engagement and conversion.
• Ensure data quality by managing event tracking through Google Analytics.
• Create and manage dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio.
• Support app and eCommerce projects from concept through completion.

Requirements

We are looking for an analytical thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate

complex data into actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field (HBO/WO)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python/R is a plus
• Hands-on experience with the Google Stack (Google Analytics, BigQuery, Firebase, Google Tag Manager)
• Familiarity with Microsoft BI tools (DAX, PowerBI, Databricks) is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
