Job Description
The E-Commerce Specialist position, part of our Keurig Direct-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business team, plays an integral role in achieving our strategic Merchandising Operations objectives. This position focuses on ensuring that we have the right inventory at the right time to support business priorities while maximizing growth and revenue opportunities for Keurig.com and Commercial.Keurig.com. Key objectives include maximizing available-to-order metrics, working across teams to ensure we meet and usually exceed our supply chain SLAs, and leading the tactical prioritization of product volume in constrained situations. The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of analytical abilities and critical thought coupled with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally to support common goals and deliver results.
This position is based in our Burlington, MA office and will have a hybrid schedule
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Forecasting: Support the outlook process including the development of new product innovation forecasts and underlying launch analysis for Stage Gate. Own the submission of monthly category outlooks into Demantra in partnership with Supply Chain
- Business Planning & Integration: Support process improvements and changes relative to integration of Keurig.com and Commercial.Keurig.com. This includes business planning tool maintenance, integrated calendar support and project tracking, and Commercial team integrated partnership improvements.
- Promotions and Calendar Programming: Support Commercial.Keurig.com promotional and onsite execution processes and project management.
- Inventory Planning & Risk Analysis: Lead inventory planning in partnership with supply and the promotion specialists, evaluating product availability and risks against forecast for upcoming promotions. Attend the daily supply war room and partner closely with beverage and hard goods supply leads to understand upcoming risks across product categories. Own the production monitoring and escalation routine, proactively signaling risk for key SKUs with low weeks of forward coverage and managing through to recovery.
- Subscription Available-to-Order: Monitor and action daily subscription OOS including follow-ups and plans leading to recoveryReview subscription 28 day hold forecasts vs. actuals to ensure sufficient volume is protected for our Auto-Delivery customers. Own root cause analysis and path to resolution for any noticeable declines with Supply/STO/SREOwn the recommendation for which materials to place on NOBO, considering future inventory, to preserve AD availability.
- Transition & EOL Management: Monitor runout and partner with digital shelf specialist to ensure excellence in transitions and launches. Collaborate with Commercial, Supply and Merchandising on inventory runout and transition timing. Facilitate transitional item selection process for EOL scenarios including the establishment of deliverable timelines across Commercial and Merchandising. Partner with CRM and email marketing team to orchestrate relevant customer communications.
- New Item Launch Process: Own the planning for new item launches, in partnership with Supply and the Digital Shelf specialist, including validation of inventory position pre-launch, solutioning potential impact of supply shortages, and coordinating launch date and timing for Keurig.com and Commercial.Keurig.com
- Ability to navigate systems to analyze data, reconcile differences, identify root causes of variances
- Support internal customer requests and ad hoc analysis
- Model the KDP values and leadership behaviors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required
- 2+ years of experience working in consumer digital, preferably with experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, or materials management
- Very strong Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, V&H Lookups, Formulas) required
- PowerPoint skills (e.g. slide transitions, inserting tables and video, animations) required, thinkcell a plus
- Experience with eCommerce and Digital Marketing toolsets
- Business Intelligence and / or analytics experience a plus
