EDI Administrator (Hybrid Remote)

BASIC PURPOSE: The EDI Administrator will ensure that vendors are properly configured, tested, and supported within the Love's EDI, Pricebook, Inventory Management and AP Systems.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure all vendors in EDI and EDI communication system.
• Testing of all new EDI vendors and EDI documents.
• Implement and support all new and existing EDI vendors and processes.
• Support Day to Day operations of EDI invoices, purchase orders and pricing files.
• Daily monitoring, resolution, and triage of exception reports.
• Promptly address requests from internal and external teams.
• Provide regular status updates on the progress of vendor setup and testing.
• Review EDI purchase orders to ensure proper quantities are ordered.
• Identify areas of improvement for further automation.
• Perform other duties as recognized and assigned by the EDI Team Lead.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • High School or GED
• Experience:
  • Experience with EDI Environments preferred
  • Experience working in a retail environment with knowledge of UPC's preferred

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Hard Skills: Knowledge of receiving and inventory management; working knowledge of Windows operating systems; experience with Microsoft Office; ability to review numbers and understand calculator or Excel functions to balance numbers.

  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
