Job Description

SME EIT （技术专家培训生）
1.负责设计、改进电子生产、组装制造过程中的生产流程，以提高生产效率、降低成本，并确保产品质量和一致性。
2.开发新的工艺流程，针对新产品或新技术进行优化，以确保生产过程顺利进行并达到预期的性能和质量标准。

3.收集、分析生产数据，发现潜在问题并提出改进方案，以提高生产效率和产品质量。
4.持续跟踪生产过程，识别改进机会，并与其他部门合作推动改进项目的实施，以提高生产效率、降低成本和提升产品质量。
5. 协调与沟通：与客户及其他部门（如设计、采购、质量控制等）进行沟通和协调，确保生产过程中各个环节的顺利协作和配合。
（此岗位作为技术专家组储备人才培养）
要求
1. 2024年或者2025年毕业硕士研究生，英语6级或以上，英文口语流利；
2.需要办公软件, Excel/ Word/PPT；
3.沟通能力强，能够主动与工作的合伙人进行沟通，达成工作的目标；
4. 机械设计及其自动化、应用统计学、电子封装技术、飞行器制造、微电子科学与工程、光学相关专业优先。
