Job Description

The Role:  

As the brand & team continue to expand in Australia & New Zealand, we are excited to be recruiting for an Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute email marketing strategies to engage and nurture the Arc’teryx community, enhance brand loyalty, and drive customer lifetime value through effective and optimised email campaigns. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and sales goals. Ensure a cohesive customer experience through email communications
  • Email Calendar Management: Create and manage the email marketing calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication with subscribers
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on key email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Utilise customer data to build targeted segments and personalize email content to enhance customer engagement.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on email content, subject lines, and send times to continuously optimize email performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Retail, Community and Brand Marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
  • Compliance: Ensure all email marketing practices comply with relevant data privacy laws, regulations and overall eDM best practice

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing ideally within retail or eCommerce
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms particularly Klaviyo 
  • Proven track record of managing successful email campaigns and analysing performance data.
