EMEA CDM Key User

Responsibilities :

The CDM Key user responsibility is to ensure that output of CDM system reflects the reality of Sales Out reports of distributors, partners and of their inventory.

To fulfill this role, he/she will help the Sales team and Cebu SSC CDM support team in ensuring that partners send their data on time and with all the detail necessary, perform reconciliation versus Lexmark sell in information to assess the completeness of the information, maintain the CDM customer repository, the sales reps accounts assignments coming from D365 and eventually enrich transactions where necessary.

Involves a lot of coordination and communication among the various teams.
Partner Engagement and Management

• Support Cebu SSC CDM support team and Sales by reporting missing information

• Work with partners to get correct data from them when needed

• Inform Cebu SSC CDM support team of new partners on boarding and provides them the necessary information

Data quality control and Maintenance

• Reconcile Sales Out and Inventory with Sell In

• Identify missing or duplicate information and correct it

• Maintains CDM customer repository to ensure accounts are not duplicated

• Coordinates with D365 Key Users when new partners need creating, or partner attributes need correcting

• Correct Sales Reps assignments coming in from D365

• Coordinates with D365 Key Users to correct wrong assignments

• Coordinates with Cebu master data teams to correct contracts, prices, product tables, customer tables…

Reporting

• Monthly reporting of Sales Out to EMEA/WW

• Support to calculate sales attainment for commissions

• Support the forecast and outlook processes through visibility on channel inventory

• Support the calculation of volume incentive rebates and partner program attainments
