As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying end-user solutions.
You will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support, and end-user training as needed.
You will also support project planning and requirements gathering efforts across projects.

This role is typically considered the entry career level for learned professional disciplines or a progression within administrative/technical specialties.

What you'll do

* Support translation of business requirements into CRM business solutions
* Support requirements management efforts, including approval, communication, traceability, and re-use
* Contribute to transfer of functional requirements to development and test team members
* Leverage CRM workflow technology to automate business processes
* Stay informed on updates and new releases in CRM technologies
* Educate end users on CRM functionality as needed Skills and experiencesss
* Proven experience in IT roles, preferably focused around business analysis, delivery or project management
* Knowledge of CRM Systems and business solution implementations, especially MS Dynamics OR professional knowledge of Data & AI solutions
* Some experience consulting with external clients
* Preferred experience working with global and off-shore project teams
* Great communication skills
* English skills at B2 level (we communicate in English on a daily basis)

Skills and experiences

* UAE National (Emirati) with valid ID.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is strongly preferred
* Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
