About Team:

Providing best in class product development services to Thermo Fisher Scientific Global Business Units, is one of the core functions of the India Engineering Center (IEC). This Global Research and Development Center, established in 2009, is in My Home Twitza, Hyderabad, with over 150 employees. We are a team committed to develop innovative and groundbreaking technologically sophisticated products ranging from laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, remote monitoring solutions.

Proficiency Requirements:

Bachelors/ Master's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science with 10+ years of direct software development experience

• 10+ years of proven C# .NET programming experience, hands-on writing REST APIs, strong experience with one of these Web-sockets, MQTT, gRPC, Microservices
• Proven experience in C++ applications, data structures, design patterns, Object-Oriented Design and Algorithms used in programming.
• Proficiency in native Windows Services, Multi-threaded applications, Database, LINQ, WCF
• Experience with instrument/device control applications, distributed/networked systems
• Expertise in communication protocols like socket programming, Ethernet/IP protocols
• Experience with end-to-end software design and development.
• Consistent track record of software development in both C# and C++
• Strong and validated software design, Object Oriented best practices, sharp and hands on coding skills in both languages C# and C++.
• Strong analytical competence. team spirit, very good with verbal and written communications in English.
