As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will drive the strategy and implementation of complex processes and solutions. You will be working in Agile, Behavior & Test-Driven Development environment, and DevOps.  

With your strong skills to break the AUT (Application Under Test), you can also be tactful and diplomatic and maintain a good working relationship with the software Development team.  

You will have the opportunity to revise the testing scope and approach based on test results and/or implement changes in application design. You will be able to work closely with a global team of engineers to test and generate reports to ensure that we deliver the best customer experience possible.

What You’ll Do:  

• Institutionalize continuous improvement of product quality and rapid delivery by integrating industry standard test automation best practices and tools.  

• Introduce test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) methodologies and practices to the team. 

• Assessing processes for automation versus manual testing, establishing automation framework, and scripting the automated processes for a web-based solution and integrating these automated tests into our Continuous Integration platform  

• Using repository (e.g., Atlassian JIRA, etc.) to record defects and write test scripts Conduct and track results of smoke, functional, integration, performance, and regression testing as needed 

• Participating in peer reviews of documents 

• Working in an Agile environment with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)  
• Testing web-based and mobile applications and solutions, including integration/interfaces 

What You’ll Bring:  

                  Required:  

• B.E., B-Tech, MCA, or M-Tec degree. 

• 1-3 years of experience in Testing web applications by leading or supporting the team members. 

• Your proven expertise in: 

• SQL and Non-SQL database. 

• Jenkins or similar CI systems  

• Automated testing tools like Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, JMeter, or SoapUI  

• Maintaining Git repositories. 

• Automating GUI and API performance and functional testing using best-of-breed test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, HP Quick Test Pro (QTP), Performance Tools, and SOAP UI. 

• Programming test automation scripts in languages such as Java (preferred), Ruby, or Python, C# 

• Good at AWS, Google Cloud
