ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an organized and strategic Engineering Project Lead to drive the successful execution of high-impact engineering initiatives. In this role, you’ll oversee project planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and keep stakeholders informed through clear updates and dashboards. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the end-to-end management of special engineering projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed dashboards to track progress and performance.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Continuously refine project management processes for greater efficiency and impact.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in project management within engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Trello).
• Ability to track and report on key metrics using dashboards.
• Demonstrated success in risk management and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
• A passion for driving complex projects to successful completion and continuous improvement.
