Position summary:
T-Mobile is America’s supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Software Engineers located in Bellevue, WA will perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations.

Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations.

  • Analyze user needs and design, as well develop, software solutions to meet user needs.

  • Recommend software and system upgrades for existing programs and platforms.

  • Support cross-systems and related integrations across the native Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Build solutions on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and API.

  • Work with cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in the iterative release cycle.

  • Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.

  • Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring.

Minimum requirements:

Experience and education requirements:

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Technology, Computer Science or related, and 1 year of relevant work experience.

ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Computer Science or related, and 3 years of related work experience.

Skills requirements: Requires experience in each of the following skills.

  • Working in Agile Framework with full stack development, using Lightning Web Component, Aura Frameworks and Apex.

  • Designing and developing Security Implementations and policies for Network, Session Security through programmatic, transaction security.

  • Implementing critical software programs and platforms using REST and SOAP Webservices.

  • Implementing Swift UI for IOS and Node.js and Kafka.

  • Working with SOQL, SOSL, and Dynamic queries.

  • Using CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery) - Git, Gitlab, SFDX, Copado

OTHER: Work hours: 40 hours/week. Salary: $137,259 to $154,900 per year.

  • The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.

  • At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
