EnergyHub is looking for an Enrollment Support Specialist to ensure the success of all our utility and consumer programs. Our platform is used by more than 40 utilities across the United States to manage demand response, energy efficiency, and distributed energy resource (DER) programs and we are adding several new programs every year. The Enrollment Specialist would be responsible for helping with the entire end user enrollment process from customer support, incentive processing and invoicing, to attrition management and efforts to improve existing enrollment processes. Help us keep the wheels on the bus and make sure we delight our partners and end users.
Main Responsibilities
Enrollment
- Manage and be accountable for the enrollment process of our programs across multiple simultaneous projects
- Coordinate across different data sources to resolve outstanding enrollment applications and questions
- Work with Client Success program managers and clients to provide customers with enrollment incentives across relevant programs; pull and review reporting and secure incentives through external vendors.Â
- Implement attrition management processes across device partners so programs have the highest quality aggregations and outcomes.
- Work with other internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommended improvements to the product, incentive, invoicing and enrollment processes
- Help manage a trouble ticket queue to track issues from initial report to resolution
- Develop and implement enrollment SLAs to maintain client and customer satisfaction
Support
- Provide phone and email support for our program applicants and participants
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on program support activity as needed
- Maintain a suite of instructional and troubleshooting documents to assist end customers and utility program staff
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a process management role and/or customer support Â
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing EnergyHub to end users, partner companies, and utility program staff
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree (or extensive relevant experience)
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience reporting software bugs and support ticket management
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
