Enterprise Architect

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Help lead the development of an enterprise-wide architecture strategy, including standards and frameworks that are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and integrate these requirements into the overall IT strategy.
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise solutions to ensure they meet business needs and performance requirements.
• Solve complex problems with maintainable and extensible solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the enterprise architecture team.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our products and infrastructure.
• Communicate the value of architectural approaches and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building enterprise applications in Java, .Net Framework, and .Net Core
• 10+ years leading developers and architects in a SaaS based company
• 10+ years of experience with cloud solutions, platforms, and technologies (Specifically AWS and Azure)
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining deployments for CI/CD pipelines
• 5+ years of experience deploying event-driven microservices
• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies and solutions.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and adapt to changes in priority as needed

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Strong SQL knowledge across multiple database engines including both relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with data warehousing and reporting engines
• Expertise in debugging software across multiple services
• Experience with event driven systems and services orchestration
• Ability to mentor development teams on design patterns including Enterprise Integration Patterns
• Experience with mobile development for iPhone or Android devices
