Enterprise Architect - Telecom (OSS/BSS) - R01545143

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with 15+ years of expertise in leading product development, consulting, solutioning, and architecture within the Telecom domain, particularly in OSS/BSS transformation programs. This role requires in-depth knowledge of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, especially in cloud-native environments.

Job requirements

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of cloud-native, microservices-based web applications that are highly scalable, available, and performant.
• Architect solutions using modern technologies such as microservices, cloud-native architectures, event-driven design, APIs, domain-driven design, serverless, Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps practices.
• Deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance enterprise applications, ensuring strong integration with cloud platforms like AWS (Google Cloud is a plus).
• Provide hands-on expertise in development with technologies including Spring Boot, ReactJS, Java, containers, SQL/NoSQL databases, caching engines, and APM.
• Drive legacy system transformations and IT modernization, working on high-performance platform architectures (PaaS, SaaS).
• Develop and present value-based solutions to customers, lead RFI/RFP responses, and represent the solutions at industry events like conferences and user groups.

• Must have
• Strong experience building cloud-native microservices-based web applications that are scalable, available, and highly performant.
• Strong architecture experience with the following: Microservices architectures, Cloud-Native architectures, Event-driven architectures, APIs, Domain Driven Design, Serverless, Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps etc.
• Strong experience in building secure, scalable, reliable, available solutions and performant enterprise applications.
• Experience in development and delivery of solutions including demonstrations
• Rich experience with cloud related technologies like AWS. Google Cloud is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in Legacy transformation and IT modernization
• Hands on experience with Spring boot, Spring webflux, java, containers, sql db, nosql db, caching engine, APM, ReactJS
• Experience in using Domain Driven Design.
• Experience in creating products with scaling and high-performance products and Platform architecture (PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience in Structured(MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres etc) and unstructured (Mongo, Dynamo etc) databases

• Certified in at least one of the cloud platforms (AWS) at Architect level
• Hands on experience with at least one (preferably two) API gateway platform (APigee)
• Demonstrated experience in cloud migration

• Ability to communicate complex information to customers/prospects.

• Demonstrated capability to work on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables.
• Ability to provide solutions that are highly creative and to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

• Preferred
• Preferred certified in TOGAF or any EA framework
• Domain understanding in Telecom, ISV
• Experience in Agile Testing, TDD, BDD, Cucumber and Mocking Frameworks
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift etc)
• Experience in DevSecOps (CI/CD) solutions for on prem and cloud.
• Exposure to secure coding is beneficial.
• Experience with Agile/Lean practices is preferred. Sound knowledge of Software Engineering processes.
