Job Description

The Belgian Grocery & Retail team is seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our Enterprise team, focused on managing key strategic partners.

As an Enterprise Associate Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our Grocery & Retail partners to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will collaborate closely with merchant partners, support teams, product, sales, marketing, and operations to optimize partnerships and deliver maximum value for both Uber Eats and its partners.

What you wil do:

  1. Internal and external advocate: Be the merchant's go-to person and navigate internal processes to provide the best outcome for the client and our market.
  2. Bring your analytical A-game: You will be building business models, performing analysis with the Enterprise Ops Analysts to understand trends, provide actionable insights, and track productivity and success of initiatives to ensure we are driving towards the best possible outcome
  3. Handle the big picture and the tiny details. You are organized and always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed. You also have an eye to the big picture and flourish by creating new ways to add to existing partnerships.
  4. Drive initiatives. You will drive and support key initiatives across our business teams to grow strategic and long term opportunities with our various partners. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates when the needs arise.
  5. Read between the lines. You will be working with stakeholders from various teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.
  6. Drive day-to-day interactions with our top tier partners
  7. Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships.

What you'll need

  • Fluency in both Dutch and French (English is a plus)
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a client facing role working with enterprise or mid-market sized accounts. Experience in Retail is a plus.
  • Advanced excel modeling skill necessary, SQL knowledge advantageous.
  • Problem-solving & business acumen - You tackle problems creatively and effectively, quickly understanding situations and identifying the right levers to reach solutions.
  • Analytical & results-driven - You use data-driven insights and sound commercial judgment to assess partner performance and make informed decisions.
  • Autonomous & proactive - You thrive with minimal oversight, drive growth initiatives, and adapt easily to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong relationship builder - You excel at fostering trust with external partners and internal teams through persuasive communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
