E-Trading Implementations play a pivotal role in integrating clients with our FIT, FXGO, EMSX, FixNet, and Tradebook platforms, supporting a multitude of workflows spanning across pre-trade, trade execution, and post trade cycles. We provide technical advice during pre-sales stages, and project management integrations from inception to go-live, striving for a best-in-class integration experience for our customers and vendor partners.

What's the role?

As a member of the E-Trading Implementation team, you will specialize in ETF Basket Creation Implementations (BSKT) - Bloomberg's primary market solution offering ETF issuers, distributors, and custodians a world class system for negotiation, ticketing and routing ETF creation and redemption orders. You will also work with clients looking to integrate with our market leading Fixed Income Trading platform (FIT).

You will be responsible for technical pre-sales, as well as project management and overall project delivery. In this role, you will need strong relationship management skills and possess advanced product knowledge of ETFs (Fixed Income, Equity, Multi Asset) and Fixed Income (Cash and Derivatives across Credit and Rates) along with in-depth knowledge in how these products are traded electronically in the market.

You will manage both buy-side and sell-side implementations and ensure that customers' integration requirements are properly scoped out, tested, and delivered efficiently and on time. You will need to be able to actively identify risks and dependencies throughout the process. You will support our sales force, partner with various teams internally, and deal directly with our clients and vendor partners on a regular basis.

You'll be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, have a dedicated approach to solving problems, and will not shy away from challenges.

We'll trust you to:

• Provide technical pre-sales advice to customers and help them to identify appropriate workflow solutions for their business needs.

• Qualify, scope, and lead implementation project from start to finish.

• Ensure that projects are delivered expertly and on time and in line with customer expectations.

• Build close partnerships with OMS and EMS vendors.

• Continuously develop your knowledge of E-trading platforms and markets in order to identify system issues and opportunities and propose product improvements and workflow enhancements.

• Work closely with Sales and Account management, Product, Engineering, and Production Support. Teamwork is instrumental to our success.

You'll need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise implementation experience, in Order Management and/or Electronic Trading systems

• Minimum 3 years of delivering external/client facing projects.

• Minimum 3 years of experiencing using FIX protocol and SFTP.

• Knowledge of financial products across Fixed Income and ETFs.

• Customer-focused attitude with an ability to foster relationships with internal and external partners.

• Ability to navigate and organize complex client requirements to clearly define project milestones and timelines with a high degree of confidence and credibility.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Ability to run project related meetings in both Mandarin and English

We'd love to see:

• Regulatory knowledge in MiFID2, Dodd Frank, and EMIR.

• Exposure to Python Coding.

• Prior knowledge of Bloomberg platforms in Global Markets.

• Additional language skills (Japanese, Korean, Bahasa a plus)
