Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, offering detailed information about products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Customize pricing packages to meet customer needs, maximizing both value and satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering solutions that enhance customer retention and improve brand loyalty.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Work alongside experienced sales professionals to develop your skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
