Environmental Attributes Coordinator 

Job Level: Entry-Level 

Location: Orem, UT

Shift: Full-time (40 hours)

Compensation: $15-17/hr

Summary: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Environmental Attributes Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the environmental initiatives offered to solar customers. This includes processing rebates and incentives, correcting errors, conducting research and overseeing Renewable Energy Credit (REC) accumulation for our customers. Responsibilities: 

  • Efficiently process rebates and incentives related to environmental initiatives. 
  • Identify and rectify errors in rebate and incentive processing. 
  • Provide support in overcoming obstacles and streamlining processes for project completion. 
  • Stay informed about changes in policies, regulations, and emerging opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to optimize REC utilization and maximize benefits for customers. 
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the solar process preferred but not required 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. 
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
