Function Overview
This position will conceive, define, test, deliver, monitor, and refine digital products in the market to maximize business impact. Work with key stakeholders across business and technology to help develop product vision and implement solutions based on this vision. Product Managers will be the arbiters across different stakeholder groups to identify the key priorities within the product areas. This position will focus on SAP's SAC-based reporting as part of a broad company direction to transition to SAP S/4HANA. It will include defining, creating, delivering and sustaining GAF's reporting capabilities and distributing insightful dashboards and data visualizations based on SAP's standard SAC capabilities and best practices, as well as leveraging GAF's current reporting tools to support decision making across the organization.
Essential Duties
- As the Product Manager, you will strive to optimize the implementation of SAP SAC reporting as part of a larger implementation of our new SAP S/4HANA platform
- Work closely with other members of the project team and external partners to bridge business needs and decisions to implementation of technology
- Establish yourself as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SAC-based reporting functionality to drive consistency of implementation and maximize business value
- Be a central point of contact for the System Integrator (SI) to guide the implementation and technology decisions for SAC and to manage the quality of delivery
- Provide oversight of the team's activities, manage implementation priorities to ensure alignment to the program scope and timeline
- Establish and maintain relationships with the key business stakeholders and work closely with members of the technology team to coordinate product development and make decisions on capabilities and priorities
- Identify and raise opportunities to streamline business processes to improve data governance and analytics through reporting

- A bachelor's in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in IT
- 5+ years of experience in SAP implementations or support in a capacity of a product manager, implementation lead or similar
- Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with a specific focus on SAP SAC reporting
