About the Role
Queremos ampliar nuestro equipo de expertos en atención al cliente en nuestras oficinas de Greenlight (Centro de atención). Los expertos de Uber son la cara de Uber para miles de nuestros socios conductores, buscamos personas con grandes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas que operen con una mentalidad de "el cliente es primero". En esta posición, se le anima a compartir la oportunidad económica a los nuevos socios conductores, ayudarles a subir a bordo, proporcionar un apoyo excepcional y adaptarse rápidamente en un negocio en constante crecimiento.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?
- Brindar una asistencia a nuestros earners y socios conductores 5 estrellas de manera presencial en las instalaciones de nuestro Greenlight (Centro de atención).
- Trabajar en mejores prácticas con equipos locales y remotos.
- Ayudar y brindar soporte a socios conductores en temas relacionados con el uso de la aplicación.
- Seguimiento a nuevos earners y motivarlos a dar su primer viaje dentro de la plataforma.
Requisitos básicos
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en las instalaciones ubicadas en Santiago.
- Experiencia brindando atención al cliente de manera presencial mínimo de 1 año - Requisito indispensable.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Proactivo
- Experiencia en manejo de computador.
- Inglés básico - intermedio
