Job Description

Atividades:
- Acompanhamento de Linha
- Monitoramento de indicadores de Performance/Apresentação de indicadores

- Análise de Causa Raiz / Ações de Contenção, Preventivas e Corretivas
- Compilação dados para análise de Falha
- Criação de Documentação (Inspeção, critérios, OBA)
- Treinamento em Linha / Apresentação de Dados em reunião
- Participação em mitigações de risco e gerenciamento de mudanças
- Elaboração de relatórios para cliente
- Interpretação de requisitos de cliente
- Realizar auditorias de processo
- Acompanhar plano de ação até seu fechamento
