We are looking for a STELLAR Rockstar Executive Assistant to join our CEO Office! In this role you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess a positive can-do attitude with the ability to wear multiple hats cross-departmentally while maintaining levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

This is a 6-month temporary assignment with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position for the right candidate.

As an Executive Assistant in JFrog you will...

• Completely control, schedule and monitor the calendars of the CEO. 
• Be responsible for managing all travel and expenses of the CEO Office.
• Help plan team activities, offsites, or office-related events across various departments.
• Assist with BOD, Earnings, and Post Earnings support and execution.
• Assist in Operations-related tasks as needed.

To be an Executive Assistant at JFrog you need…

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced continuously growing startup environment.
• The ideal candidate will be driven by working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
• Have flexible availability outside normal business working hours for the occasional tasks or events.
• Have proficient skills with Google Suite and PowerPoint 
• Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
