Executive Director - Vice President

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director - Vice President.

In this role, you will:

• Manage professional teams accountable for overall operational performance of one or more lines of business
• Engage with internal partners and peers associated with the function
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
• Determine appropriate strategy and actions of security operations team to meet high risk deliverables
• Develop policies and procedures for security operations within the scope of moderate complexity and responsibility
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
• Lead team to achieve objectives
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Securities Operations
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
• 3+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Amenable to night shift schedule and onsite work (Five Neo, BGC)
